For over a decade I have built and led hiring across industries — from medical technology and engineering to renewable energy and global recruitment outsourcing. Along the way I have partnered with market leaders such as Boston Scientific and Rolls-Royce Solutions, and delivered talent for clients including Amazon, Becton Dickinson, and Celanese.

After many years recruiting inside large organizations and agencies, across a range of markets and disciplines, I made a deliberate decision: to go independent and support companies myself. Not to build another agency — but to offer something rarer. A single, senior partner who takes personal ownership of every search, communicates with complete transparency, and treats each hire as if the business were my own.

With deep roots in the German market, I understand its hiring culture, compliance, and stakeholders — including hands-on experience collaborating with works councils (Betriebsrat) to ensure every hire is handled professionally and in full alignment with the business.
